The first chapter is all about "success in employment" where Scott helps the reader create a CV/Resume from scratch, apply for jobs, prepare for interviews, attend an interview then successfully navigate the probation period.
The second chapter Scott has put together a fitness and and nutrition plan for the reader. This plan is centred around a 3 day "Push, Pull and Legs" split. He also gives away a basic nutrition plan and offers advice and tips to accompany this.
